EV Charge Point Electrician

Our client, a leading specialist in EV and ICP works, is seeking a motivated and experienced EV Charge Point Installation Electrician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by installing cutting-edge technology that is helping to create a cleaner and more sustainable future.
What you’ll do:

Install, commission, and test rapid and ultra EV chargers at domestic, commercial, and industrial locations across the UK.
Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to the highest safety standards and quality procedures.
Conduct site surveys, assess technical requirements, and liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all work undertaken.

What you’ll bring:

A valid JIB-registered electrician qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience installing rapid and ultra EV chargers.
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards (G99, BS 7671:2018, IET Guidance Note 7).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving license essential.
Ideally resident within a commutable distance of Greater London or the M4 corridor.
