Project Manager (EV & ICP Works) – Glasgow & Surrounding Areas

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re working with a leading specialist in electrical vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and integrated control panel (ICP) works, seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from initial planning and scope definition to completion and handover. You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and managing project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Developing and adhering to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Overseeing project quality and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the electrical industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure and ICP works.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Valid electrical qualification (e.g., Electrotechnical Qualification and Certification Scheme (EQCS) or equivalent).
Ability to work within a commutable distance of Glasgow.
